The qualification programmes of the HFD are aimed at all university employees. Depending on the format, they are available online or follow an accompanied program schedule. Here you will find an overview of ongoing and completed measures.

Peer-to-peer format

The AI Lab offers the opportunity to work with colleagues from other universities on strategic and practical issues relating to AI in the university context.

In a self-study course developed together with AI Campus, the functionality, limitations and risks of generative AI are taught using practical examples from the context of university teaching.

The reflection portfolio enables teachers to systematically reflect on their teaching methods, document progress and identify specific areas for further development.

In five modules, you will learn how to successfully plan hackathons, workshops, learning communities and collegial assessments.

The open self-study course is an introduction to the basics of the strategic (further) development of studying and teaching in the context of digitalization at universities.

Infopoint University Teaching is a workshop series dedicated to topics related to university teaching. Both the lecturers and the participants are teachers or designers of university teaching.

The Makerspace is a format in which participants gain insights into a subject area from different specialist perspectives, try out tools and methods and engage in a cross-university, collegial exchange.
