Frida Gråsjö is director of the Office of Strategic Support, where the Centre for Teaching and Learning as well as the Project Office Rethink:Kau is organized. Frida is the main sponsor for introducing service design principles and method as a way of enhancing the services the university offers students and staff. Before going into management, Frida worked at different Swedish government agencies with legal affairs.
