Anne Leiser is a social and media psychologist working for the Global Learning Council as a scientific project manager. In the past, she has conducted research into digital participation, radicalization processes and social cohesion. She received her doctorate in 2019 from Jacobs University and the University of Bremen with research on political internet memes and participative internet culture.
