Bronwen Deacon is a doctoral researcher within the research program "Knowledge & Society" at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. Her research focuses on the organizational adaptivity of higher education institutions with regards to digital teaching, especially on the impact of leadership on such a change process.
