Prof. Dr. Swetlana Franken ist seit 2008 als Professorin für BWL, insbesondere Personalmanagement an der FH Bielefeld, Bereich Wirtschaft tätig. Ihr Schwerpunkt in Lehre und Forschung heißt Knowledge & Diversity, zu ihren Kernkompetenzen zählen Unternehmens- und Personalführung, Diversity Management, Innovationsmanagement, Organisationales Lernen. Seit 2015 leitet sie die Denkfabrik Digitalisierte Arbeitswelt mit mehreren Forschungsprojekten im Themenfeld Digitalisierung und Arbeit 4.0.
