Katharina Frier-Obad studierte Anglistik, Publizistik und Neuere Deutsche Literatur. Von 2010 bis 2013 war sie Online-Redakteurin in der Enquete-Kommission Internet und digitale Gesellschaft des Deutschen Bundestages. Als freie Autorin und Redakteurin begleitete sie die Teilnehmenden des Educational Experts Seminars in Berlin.
