Jörg Pareigis currently hold the position as head of Center for Teaching and Learning. Jörg is also assistant professor in Business Administration and researcher at the Service Research Center. Jörgs’ research interests are customer behavior and customer experience. Jörg is program manager of the International Business program and also has the main responsibility for the online course Open Network Learning.
