The Berlin Science Week is a 10-day international festival between 1 — 10 November 2020 bringing together the world’s most innovative scientific organisations to celebrate science, to connect and to engage the local and international science community with the public. This year Berlin Science Week will add a new layer to its physical structure: digital content!

As a hub for interdisciplinary dialogue, the mission of the festival is to enable and strengthen an international and diverse scientific network. Berlin Science Week gives greater visibility to science, research and innovation. It is the global platform for dialogue and collaboration between science and society that inspires a deeper understanding of our world.
One of the obvious learnings of the Corona crisis is the need for scientific breakthroughs and for global scientific cooperation – now more than ever. Therefore Berlin Science Week 2020 will add a new layer to its physical structure: digital content! The programme will be launched on the festivals website by the end of September.
Join the mission if you are a national or international university, a research institution, a science-based start-up or an innovative business, a science engagement & science policy initiative, or an interdisciplinary project related to science. There are three ways to get involved: Organize a physical, hybrid or digital event. More information can be found here.
