Letzteres erfolgte oftmals ad hoc, autodidaktisch und mit vielen Herausforderungen behaftet. Gleichzeitig war es ein Jahr voller Learning-by-Doing-Erfahrungen und der Einsicht, dass gerade die schwierigen Dinge im Austausch und zusammen besser gelingen – und als HFD freuen wir uns immer wieder, über diese Erfolge und Praxiserfahrungen berichten zu können.<br /> <br />So wie bei jeder wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit die Fragestellung der Beginn des Erkenntnisgewinns ist, haben wir in diesem HFDbriefing <span style="font-family: 'Ciutadella', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;" data-mce-style="font-family: 'Ciutadella', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;">eine Leitfrage im Gepäck</span>:<b> Wie kann der im letzten Jahr erfolgte Kompetenzzuwachs sinnvoll systematisiert und langfristig fruchtbar werden für die Weiterentwicklung der Hochschulbildung?<br /></b><br />Erste <a href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394297/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" data-mce-href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394297/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Studien</a> <b>evaluieren</b> die Einflüsse von Corona auf Studium und Lehre. Bei Betrachten der Ergebnisse erfreut uns eine Zahl besonders: <a href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394298/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" data-mce-href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394298/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">75 % der Lehrenden</a> stehen dem digitalen Unterricht grundsätzlich positiv gegenüber. Nach der Pandemie sollen digitale Medien in der Lehre <a href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394299/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" data-mce-href="https://67398.seu1.cleverreach.com/c/35394299/a54bbaafa74-qnburc" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">weiter eingesetzt</a> werden.
